Question of the Day: 
Part 1
  1. After watching the video “Monica Lewinsky Breaks Her Public Silence With a TED Talk,” and
  2. Reading “Is Our Culture of Online Shaming Out of Control?(Audio File listen as you read.)
  3. Write a post on your blog, in which you argue Is Our Culture of Online Shaming Out of Control? 
  4. Support your position with evidence from the text and video. Include at least 2 sources using citelighter and the MLA format. 
Part 2
  1. Read the blog post of your classmates and 
  2. Write a compliment on at least 2 blogs.

Daily Objectives:  Students will read, discuss and analyze information from articles, analyze, and think critically about online context, using written (Blog post), graphic, pictorial, or multi-media methods, with a student performance at the basic level or above and 6 out of 12 on the project rubric.

    3. A title. (5 Points)
    4. Your name. (5 Points)
    5. Your Avatar. (5 Points)
    6. Introduction Paragraph. (10 Points)
    7. 5 online safety rules, tips or facts. (10 Points)
    8. Write 1 or 2 sentences about each rule, tip or fact. (10 Points)
    9. Use complete sentences, proper grammar, spelling and punctuation.  (25 Points)
    10. Include at least 2 images. (10 Points)
    11. Include at least 2 sources. (10 Points)
    12. Upload your project to your blog.(5 Points)
    13. Publish your project. (5 Points)
