10/28 Safety Project

Question of the Day: 
  • Write a paragraph describing online safety.
  • Then make a list of 5 or more online safety rules, tips, or facts. 
  • Write one or two sentences about your rules, tips or facts.  
  • Check out this Example.
  • Include at least 2 sources at the end of your post.
  • The information in your post will be used for your next project.
Project Directions (Check out the example)

  1. Create an info graphic using easelly.
  2. Include the following.
  3. A title. (10 Points)
  4. Your name. (5 Points)
  5. Introduction Paragraph. (10 Points)
  6. 5 online safety rules, tips or facts. (10 Points)
  7. Write 1 or 2 sentences about each rule, tip or fact. (10 Points)
  8. Use complete sentences, proper grammar, spelling and punctuation.  (25 Points)
  9. Include at least 2 objects. (10 Points)
  10. Include at least 2 sources. (10 Points)
  11. Publish your project. (5 Points)
  12. Turn in your link, directions will follow. (5 Points)

Daily Objectives:  Students will read, discuss and analyze information from articles, analyze, and think critically about online context, using written (Blog post), graphic, pictorial, or multi-media methods, with a student performance at the basic level or above and 6 out of 12 on the project rubric.
