Question of the Day: Check your grade on Engrade.  Check out Mr. Viereck's Hints for Improving Your Grade.  Reflect on the things that you have been doing to get this grade. What will you do to improve your grade?  Write a plan that includes at least 3 things that you will do.

Daily Objectives: 

Use a digital camera to take photographs.

Use photo editing and photo capture software and tools.

Create a Photo story.

Describe and use desktop publishing software and tools to create a finished project.

Understand the design principles used in desktop publishing.

Word of the Day:  Photo Story - story told through photographs: a collection of photographs in a magazine or book, often accompanied by a short commentary, that tells a story

Understand the basic hardware that makes up their system.

Describe how a computer processes information.

Identify ways a computer stores, organizes, and accesses information.

Describe how the Binary code is used in computer processing.

Convert binary numbers to base 10. Convert base 10 numbers to binary.

Word of the Day:  Primary memory which is stored on chips located on the motherboard, and Secondary memory that is stored in the hard drive.
