Question of the Day: Every email you get from this person is in all capital letters.  Text messages, tweets and Facebook posts from this person are in all capitals.  How do you go about telling this person that this is not the correct?  How would you do this with out hurting their feelings?  Should you just ignore this?  Would you want someone to tell you if you were ding something similar?
